Super easy breakfast sandwich! Toast English muffin. While that’s happening- crack egg into bowl. Don’t stir or mix. Put in microwave for 30 seconds, watch and pause every time it pops. When English muffin is done, butter and put cheese and cooked egg. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and hot sauce as desired. And parsley cause it’s pretty. Top with other English muffin half. Devour.
